Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These are applicable for your access and use of this site and all transactions you may have with Patricia397Stampscorner located in Veldhoven, The Netherlands. By placing an order you declare to agree with the conditions stated below.
1. Acknowledgement of Purchase:

- The purchase agreement is acknowledged when Patricia397Stampscorner sends you (the customer) an order confirmation. This order confirmation is based on a purchase order you have made. The order confirmation will directly be made after the order is placed and will automatically be prepared by the webshop software and send to you by e-mail.
- Within 48 hours after your order has been placed, you will receive an invoice by e-mail with the total amount, that includes shipping-, handling- and possible PayPal costs. Also you'll find the pay instructions on the invoice.
- If you wish to cancel your order that has already been made, please notify us by e-mail no later than 24 hours after placing the final order. For late cancellation a fee of 15% of the invoice amount will be charged to you.
- The goods you have ordered will be reserved for you for 10 days. If payment has not been received by the end of the ten days, you will receive a reminder still to pay within 5 days. If no payment is received by then, the reserved products will be placed back in stock and will become available again for sale. We will charge you the 15% described as in point 1.3.
- It is very important to ask all your questions before placing your final order. This is to ensure that there are no misunderstandings and will, hopefully, prevent problems for both parties.
2. Payment Conditions:
Delivery shall be made after payment is received by using one of the following methods:
- Banktransfer (IBAN)
- Paypal
3. Products and Prices:
- The articles will be described as clearly and truthfully on the website as possible and have the properties as Patricia397Stampscorner has offered.
- Although we have taken the utmost care in defining our stamps on the website, Patricia397Stampscorner can not be held responsible for different postal cancellation marks on delivered used stamps. Each used stamp is unique and we regularly use archived images.
- Prices are per product, listed in Euro and exclusive shipping-, handling- and/or Paypal costs.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- If the ordered product is already reserved or is not in stock, you will be informed as soon as possible.
4. Refuse orders:
- Patricia397Stampscorner is free to refuse a purchase order for own reasons. This choice lies solely with Patricia397Stampscorner and will not be explained.
- If Patricia397Stampscorner does not accept a purchase order, the person concerned shall be notified as soon as possible.
5. Shipment:
- All the purchased orders will be send by using PostNL.
- Shipping is at the risk of the customer. Of course, the purchased item(s) will be carefully packed and sent. If you do not want to take any risks, please choose registered letter.
- We ship worldwide. If the delivery address is outside of the Netherlands, we recommend to inquire about the different shipping costs, before placing you order.
- Patricia397Stampscorner is not responsible for any damage or loss, if the delivered item was delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Patricia397Stampscorner will do the utmost best to send orders within 1 or 2 working days after receipt of payment. A confirmation will follow by e-mail as soon as the order is shipped.
- If the delivery is delayed -either by the product not being in stock, or if only a partial order can be sent-, you will immediately be notified by an e-mail.
6. Return Shipments:
- The buyer shall inspect the products immediately on delivery and shall notify Patricia397Stampscorner within 7 days of delivery of any damage or discrepancies.
- Complaints concerning delivered orders should be made in writing (by e-mail) to us within 7 days after receiving the products. Preferably supported with photo(s) to make the complaint more clearly. If you fail to report possible discrepancies, we consider that the item(s) have been delivered according to our obligation.
- If a complaint about a product is received in time and valid (please consult us if the delivered products are not according to the agreement), the price of the item minus shipping costs will be refunded against restitution of the goods.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless the nature of your complaint, otherwise agreed. If it is not sufficiently stamped, the returned shipment will not be accepted by us nor credited.
7. Privacy:
Patricia397Stampscorner will show respect for your privacy. All personal data will be used only for the settlement and delivery of the order. This data will not be made available to third parties.
